Holy Name of Jesus is committed to inspiring and empowering students to succeed in school.
With small class sizes—not exceeding 18 per class in kindergarten through third grade—our school provides each student with the individual attention and support they need to excel. But education goes far beyond textbooks. Our teachers and staff encourage students to grow intellectually, spiritually and also as individuals.
Holy Name of Jesus School is accredited through the Minnesota Nonpublic School Accrediting Association, and our students place in the top 15 percent of all students nationally, according to the Northwest Evaluation Association's Measures of Academic Progress® (MAP) assessment. State of the art technology labs, Spanish classes, language arts, Art Adventure, our Accelerated Reading Program and educational field trips bring new and exciting experiences each day.
At Holy Name of Jesus School, we help students develop a personal relationship with Christ through morning prayers, religion classes, and instruction, weekly Masses and Scripture of the Week. Students also learn how to serve as disciples of Christ through service projects for each grade level.
Students develop friendships and skills through myriad enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities, from choir and band to Student Council and athletics. These opportunities empower students to grow as individuals and identify their God-given talents.
